Ottawa will unveil changes to border measures next week.

Federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos hinted at that Friday, adding that any changes are made to protect Canadians.

At the moment, non-essential international travel is being strongly discouraged.

Also anyone travelling within the country by plane, passenger train or boat must be vaccinated against COVID-19, and international travellers are subject to COVID-19 test requirements.
