In celebration of Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada, the Moncton Wildcats Hockey Club made a $100,000 contribution to three youth programs in southeastern New Brunswick.

Riverview P.R.O. (Positive Recreation Opportunities) Kids, Dieppe-Memramcook P.R.O. Kids, and MYRAP (Moncton Youth Recreation Assistance Program) were the three recipients of the donation.

This generosity creates opportunities for youth across the region by removing financial barriers that might have otherwise kept them from participating in their community’s recreational activities.

The Moncton Wildcats and J.D. Irving have contributed over $930,000 to P.R.O. Kids programs across the region dating back to 2011.

Applications for Spring programs open next month. More information can be found for Moncton, Riverview, and Dieppe-Memramcook here.
