Looking at ways to best combat healthcare worries in Northwestern Ontario.

The Ontario Medical Association surveyed 8,000 total, which included 1,600 doctors and 120 healthcare stakeholders.

According to OMA President Doctor Adam Kassam, five immediate points were identified that can help patients:

Reducing wait times & backlog of procedures
Expansion of mental health & addiction programs in communities
Improving and expanding home/community care programs
Strengthening public preparedness
Integrating more digital aspects in the patients experience.
