A man from Ontario is missing in Antigonish County.

RCMP say 56-year-old Dan Fraser went hiking with a family member Thursday afternoon around Browns Mountain.

The person he was with became injured, so Fraser went to find help.

The family member was found with minor injuries in the evening, but Fraser has still not been located.

RCMP, Ground Search and Rescue and DNRR are in the area, they’re asking the public to stay away and let the trained searchers do their work.
