British Columbia is suffering from devastating flooding in parts of the coastal province.
Heavy rains and winds have been hitting the southern part of the province for days causing evacuations of cities and towns. Many communities are being left severed off from supplies after roads and bridges have literally been washed away.

Reports have come that over 250 millimetres of rain has fallen over the course of only two days.
Mudslides have taken out entire homes and neighbourhoods along with impacting escape efforts.
