Saint John police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Shelley Marr who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

The 37-year-old is accused of breaching the conditions of her statutory release when she failed to return to Saint John after visiting the Moncton area on a travel permit.

Marr is described as 5’3″ tall, weighing 130 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She has piercings, stars tattooed on her neck, and the names Kyla and Abbey tattooed on her body.

Police said Marr is serving a two-year sentence for convictions of:

  • break and enter with intent
  • possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
  • procures/possesses/sells identity documents
  • theft under $5,000
  • mischief to property
  • failure to attend court
  • failure to comply with an undertaking
