Other suggestions included choosing an indigenous icon or other individuals who have broken down barriers or landmarks representing each province.

One Canadian suggested leaning on the side of tradition, King Charles should be next on Canadian currency.

Another thought maybe her picture should be on currency, “Why not, right? Wouldn’t that be the ultimate? And I use enough of it!”
