If you’re heading to the Canso Causeway, plan for delays.

Maintenance on the swing bridge will happen Thursday and Friday.

You won’t be able to cross at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., then at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

All closures will be for 20 minutes.

Emergency services have been informed and Public Works has coordinated with them for any emergencies.

Traffic control personnel will be on site.

Please drive with caution through construction zones.
