Another COVID-19 case has been identified at a local school, as the Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) has noted an infection at St. Martin School.

Parents, Guardians, and Staff of the cohort have been contacted by the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board and will also be contacted by a Public Health Nurse.

Also impacted by the case is a school bus cohort which also affects Pope John Paul II and St. Patrick High School. These students are considered low risk and have been notified by the school and public health will be in contact with them.

A thorough cleaning process is currently underway at the school.
