Small earthquake in Miramichi area

Some residents felt the earth move a little in the Miramichi area. A 2.5 magnitude earthquake was registered by Earthquakes Canada on Friday. It happened at around 4:42 pm. There were no reports of damage, and Earthquakes Canada says none would be expected.

Overnight parking ban in place in Moncton

The City of Moncton has put an overnight parking ban in effect. Until further notice, on-street parking is not permitted between midnight and 7 am in Zones 1, 2 and 3, which is city-wide, hospitals and downtown. The Moncton Alerts dashboard will be updated once the ban is lifted.
