Halifax RCMP are looking for a missing 84-year-old man. Willbur Mullin, who goes by ‘Bill’ is 6’1 with short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap and blue checkered shirt and might be driving a 2012 white Chrysler Town and Country minivan. He was reported missing August 13.
