Three people were sent to hospital following a collision at the intersection of Highway 11/17 and John Street.

Emergency services received reports about the collision just after noon on Wednesday.

A transport truck had struck multiple vehicles in the intersection.

The truck driver has been charged with careless driving, and the people who were sent to hospital only sustained minor injuries.
