Red Lake OPP have laid criminal harassment charges following a year long investigation.

Police say they began their investigation when a member of the public appeared to deliberatedly target an individual following a prior interaction.

The suspect was seen several time walking past locatation the indivison was known to frequest, like their residence.

She was also taking photographs and videos.

As a result a 31 year old woman has been charged.

She was released from custody pending a court date at the end of November.
