Today is Sesame Street Day!! It was on this day in 1969 that the show debuted. Sesame Street was one of my favorites to watch while I was a kid and even now as an adult. I always liked Big Bird just because well not only is he a giant bird but he was always so shy and humbling. Did you know that Sesame Street is the longest running and most viewed children’s show in history! Did you have a favorite character?? Maybe the Cookie Monster??
