No relief from the hot temperatures or the dry conditions.

Heat alerts remain in effect on Tuesday for the majority of the province, with the cooler areas to the south, along the Bay of Fundy coast.

Saint John is still excluded from those alerts.

For those areas affected, we’re once again looking at highs of between 33 and 36 degrees for Tuesday.  The humidex is further warming it up to around 42.

Tonight’s low is expected to be around 20 degrees.

The warmth is expected to continue tomorrow, with a bit of relief for Thursday.   There’s even a 60 per cent chance of a few showers in the forecast for that day.
