If you plan on travelling east today you will likely have to remain on Highway 17 for the whole trip.

Ontario Provincial Police say Highway 11 between Lake Helen First Nation and Beardmore remains closed due to a collision which occurred just before 10:00 p.m. Sunday.

Additionally, a lane closure near Longlac, the result of another collision has also occurred.

No other details have been made available at this time, as well police were unable to provide a timeline for when the highway would be able to reopen.
