The Thunder Bay Country Market will be hosting the Hoito inside its kitchen offering freshly made pancakes to the public for purchase as a satellite location only.

Pancakes will be available during regular market hours, Wednesday’s 3:30pm to 630pm and Saturday mornings from 8am to 1pm.

You can choose to eat in or take your pancakes to go.

The market is located inside the Dove building on the CLE grounds.

The Finlandia Co-operative remains committed to re-opening the Hoito Restaurant at the original location on Bay St, but the temporary setup with the TBCM will allow pancake lovers to relish (er…syrup?) in the sultry flavours that are the Hoito pancakes.
