We all have those moments when there’s just so much going on that it can be really difficult to even think.  Today, from the Facebook page – ORDINARY & HAPPY – how to reset – on days when there’s a lot going on.  For example:

…set reminders
…make a prioritized to-do list
…turn off your phone notifications for a bit – trust me – this really works
…dance to your favourite song
…close your eyes…and visualize a calm place
…focus on what you can control

…if you have a dog / a cat – spend some time with them

Another way to “reset” on days when there’s a lot going on: step outside – for some fresh air!
