More than 900 homes and business on the east side of Saint John are without power on one of the coldest days of this winter.

Saint John Energy said it is experiencing an unplanned outage in the Westmorland Road, Golden Grove and Glen Falls area.

“Crews are on route to investigate,” the utility said in a social media post around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The estimated restoration time is around two hours, it said.
