A section of Highway 102 is shut down due a collision and whiteouts Tuesday morning.

RCMP say the Bi Hi is closed northbound at Exit 11, Stewiacke.

Whiteout conditions are being experienced in Colchester County, and between Truro and East Hants.

Police advise to drive with caution and expect delays.
