Highway 12 is shut down in Lunenburg County near the Fishermen’s Memorial Highway.

The Department of Public Works says Highway 12 is closed near exit 9 of Highway 103.

A large piece of a wind turbine fell off a transport truck Monday morning.

A detour is in place at Chester Grant Road.

Trunk 12 is expected to reopen by noon on Monday.
