A few municipalities in the region are dealing with an Internet outage.

Bell customers in Ignace, Sioux Lookout, and Red Lake are affected.

The outage was first reported in Red Lake around 5:30 a.m. on Monday.

The company cited a cut in a network cable as the cause.

Sioux Lookout and Ignace were both experiencing outages by 8:40 a.m.

Bell is estimating that the situation will be resolved between 1:35 p.m. and 5:26 p.m. on Monday.
