If you’re working outdoors, plenty of water and breaks will be needed this week.

Environment Canada has issued heat warnings across the province.

Temperatures as high as 33 degrees are expected for some regions with the humidex making it feel as warm as 40 degrees.

The lows at night won’t be much better, ranging between 18 and 24 degrees.

The heat is expected to last until Thursday.

A reminder that there is an increased risk of illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion in these conditions.
