Vandalism is never funny, neither is shooting at monuments but you have to admit this does make you chuckle a little bit.  A water tower in Kingsland, Arkansas, a small town known as the birthplace of Johnny Cash, features a silhouette of the music legend. But recently, Cash appears to have sprung a leak thanks to an interestingly-placed bullet hole.   Nashville Kat told me about this story and we both had trouble not laughing.
