Police have charged a man for an indecent act in Halifax.

At about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a report of a disturbance on Devonshire Avenue where two people were arguing.

There were no arrests or charges, but while police were on the scene, they saw a man urinating outside near two childcare centres.

Officers arrested the 29-year-old man.

He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
