A 31-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a stabbing in Thunder Bay’s north core.

Police were called to Cumberland Street North just before 1:45 Saturday morning, where they found a man suffering from serious but non-life-threatening stab wounds.

He was taken to hospital for treatment.

Investigators later located and arrested a suspect nearby.
