A workplace injury in Halifax has put a man in hospital in serious condition.
Details are few, but police say it was Tuesday afternoon near the Halifax waterfront, just after 1:30 p.m. on Marginal Rd, when the 61-year-old fell off a ladder.
He was taken to hospital with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries.
This comes after two workplace deaths last month, a 43-year-old at the Irving Shipyard as well as a crewmember on a Clearwater Seafoods fishing boat in Mulgrave.
The Department of Labour is investigating.
