The RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 68-year-old man reported missing February 6th in Ingonish Beach.
Cecil Dunphy is described as 5-feet, approximately 155 lbs. He’s bald and has hazel eyes.
He is known to wear plaid shirts, blue or red in color, or a safety jacket.
Investigators believe Dunphy may be driving a black 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing the Nova Scotia licence plate FYW946.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cecil Dunphy is asked to contact the Victoria County District RCMP at 902-285-2021.
