Environment Canada pulled out the warnings this morning in advance of tomorrow’s weather wallop.
This latest system is expected to begin early Wednesday morning and wrap up in the afternoon.
Areas including Saint John and County, Grand Manan and Coastal Charlotte County are under wind, snowfall and rainfall warnings.
Other regions including Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick, Sussex, Kent County, St. Stephen and Northern Charlotte County are under wind and snowfall warnings.
We could see up to 20 centimetres of snow before that changes over to rain with up to 30 millimetres expected for those areas under rainfall warnings.
Winds are also expected to play a big factor in this system, with gusts up to 100 kilometres per hour. Power outages could be an issue as well.
Areas to the north, including Miramichi and Bathurst are under winter storm warnings. Up to 25 centimetres of snow is expected there, with high winds.
Prepare for whiteout conditions and slower-than-usual travel. Plan to give yourself extra time, or delay altogether. Also, ensure you have your 72-hour emergency kit prepared.
