Nova Scotia Health is issuing a warning about unexpected reactions to crack in the West Hants area.

The health authority says based on reactions observed, it appears to contain meth.

In addition to that, Nova Scotia Health says crack and ice block/meth in the West Hants area is suspected to contain an opioid or benzo.

This comes after a warning from last week where the health authority warned about a new opioid found in the Amherst area that is two times more powerful than fentanyl.
