September 30 is the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The day honours the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities.
Banks, government offices and Canada Post locations will be closed as it is a federal statutory holiday but not recognized province-wide.
LCBO locations will all open at Noon.
