It will be easier to fly to New York this spring.

Halifax Stanfield says through United airlines, direct flights will be offered once again between Halifax and Newark, twice a day.

The service is one of 100 new flights to cities in the U.S. and Canada this summer.

Serving nine Canadian destinations.

The flight is available May 23.
