For the fourth day in a row, the Northwestern Health Unit says they have no new cases of COVID-19 to report.
They tell us that the good news doesn’t stop there, as the number of active cases has dropped from the ten reported on Wednesday to just six on Thursday morning.
Four of those cases are in the Kenora health hub, with the other two falling in the Sioux Lookout area.
55,564 doses of vaccine have been administered by the NWHU with 66 per-cent of those 18+ having received at least one dose.
The Atikokan health hub is leading the way 73.4 per-cent vaccinated, followed by Fort Frances (72.7), Dryden (71.3) and Kenora (69.2).
There are three health hubs below the 60 per-cent mark; Rainy River (57.7), Sioux Lookout (54) and Red Lake (42.8).
