Ontario is seeing another high daily COVID-19 case count.
On Saturday the province is reporting 661 new cases, 388 in people who are not vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status. 273 of the cases are in Ontarians with two Health Canada approved vaccine doses.
As of Saturday 88.7 per cent of Ontarians have at least one dose of the vaccine, while 85.4 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Six more deaths were also reported, the total now nearing 10,000.
This report comes as the province paused the lifting of capacity limits in settings where a proof of vaccination is required.
