Police are investigating two alleged assaults and property damage at a constituency office in Halifax.

Officers responded to the 300 block of Herring Cove Road yesterday where it was reported a man had assaulted two people known to him, damaged the office then left on foot.

Police then received a second report where the man had damaged property at the Captain William Spry Community Centre.

The suspect has been identified and investigators are trying to locate and arrest him.
