A 24-year-old Thunder Bay man faces a Second-Degree Murder charge in the death of another man on Miles Street East.

The body was discovered just after 2:45 a.m. Friday near Vickers Street North after officers were responding to a weapons call.

Joseph Hubbard was arrested at the scene and will appear in bail court.

The identity of the deceased is not being released pending next of kin notification.

Members of the Major Crimes and Forensic Identification Units are now involved in the ongoing investigation.
