Thunder Bay Police are considering a weekend death on the south side as a homicide.

Police, fire fighters and paramedics were called to a home in the 300 block of Ogden Street around 1:50 p.m. Sunday.

However, once the male was discovered and confirmed deceased, the fire fighters and paramedics were cancelled.

Members of the Major Crimes and Forensic Identification Units are now involved.

Police remain on scene as the investigation continues.
