There is a heavy police presence in downtown Halifax Monday morning due to a pro-Palestinian demonstration.
Police say they have been on scene since roughly 7 a.m. responding to a group of people in the road at Hollis Street and Terminal Rd., causing a disruption to traffic.
Officers are asking the public to avoid the area.
