The southern areas of New Brunswick are now under a rainfall warning.

Environment Canada says Kennebecasis Valley and Kings County, Saint John and County, St. Stephen and northern Charlotte County, Grand Manan and Coastal Charlotte County as well as Fundy National Park are all included.

Rain can be heavy at times with a total of 50 mm that could fall starting Saturday afternoon before tapering off early Sunday morning.

Localized flooding is possible.
