There was fire at an apartment building in Yarmouth.

Just before 1 a.m, the local fire department were called to the scene at the corner of Cliff and Kirk streets.

Reports say everyone is out of the building safely.

A look at the building early Thursday morning, there is caution tape across the entrance.
