A school bus was involved in a vehicle-pedestrian collision near the 6400 block of Quinpool Road after the driver failed to yield to someone in a marked crosswalk.

Police responded to the report this morning and say that the victim was taken to the hospital by EHS with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

There were no children on board at the time of the collision, and the driver has been issued a summary offence ticket.
