A second person is facing charges in connection to the death of 48-year-old Natacha Leroy in Cape Breton.

A man was arrested over the weekend and has been charged with indignity to human remains and being an accessory after the fact to murder.

He and a 25 year-old North Sydney woman both charged in her death made separate court appearances on Monday.

The woman was arrested on the Bedford Highway earlier this month.
