If it still runs, should you still take it out? The highway patrol in B.C. were so shocked by a vehicle that they stopped, that they just took a photo of it and put it on their Twitter page without a comment. Cpl. Mike Halskov said he wanted to let the photo speak for itself.

The photo shows a small, flatbed truck with no passenger-side door and no seatbelts. The back of the vehicle is gone, leaving the seats exposed. What’s even weirder is the driver was reportedly on their way to pick up a child from school. Mounties removed the vehicle from the road and the driver was handed a number of tickets for not having insurance, a defective vehicle, no seatbelts and failing to produce a driver’s license. It reminds me of that scene in the movie Trains, Planes and Automobiles where John Candy and Steve Martin are in a vehicle, almost burned to a crisp, stopped by a state trooper, played by Michael McKean.
