One person has been arrested after a stabbing in Dartmouth.

Police say it was on Lucien Drive around 3pm Tuesday afternoon, when a 14-year-old was stabbed and taken to hospital, with injuries that are believed to be not life threatening.

Police are continuing to investigate but do not believe this was a random incident.
