I call this “good news story” – THE WAKE UP CALL.

Have you ever had one of those moments where life taps you on the shoulder and says, “Hey, remember me”?  I came across a little note earlier this week – nothing fancy, just a few lines on a page – but it hit me like a sunrise over the Sleeping Giant.

It basically said this:
We don’t get forever.  None of us.  AND, because of that, we might as well lean all the way into the things that make us feel alive.

Not in a big, dramatic way.  Not in a “quit your job and move to a Caribbean Island way.  More like – start TODAY.

If there’s something you love – chase it.
If there’s something you’ve been meaning to try – try it.
If there’s a person you admire – say hello.
If there’s a dream you’ve been quietly carrying around – dust it off and give it a little room to breathe.

Go for a walk.
Write down the idea.
Lift the weight.
Learn the skill.
Build the thing.
Laugh with the people who lift you up.
Tune out the noise that drags you down.

Because the truth is, life isn’t about being perfect.  It’s about being in it.  Showing up.  Trying.  Growing.  And, giving yourself permission to live a little louder than you did yesterday.  So – if you needed a sign today – that is it.

You’ve got more in you than you think.  And the world is better when you let it shine.
