The results are in for the 2026 Tim Horton’s Smile Cookie campaign, supporting the George Jeffrey Children’s Foundation and The Dew Drop Inn in Thunder Bay.

Thunder Bay cookie lovers helped raise $115,428.64 from April 27 to May 3. Each organization will receive $57,714.32.

“We’re incredibly grateful for the support we saw throughout this campaign,” says Cindy Levanto, CEO of George Jeffrey Children’s Foundation. “The community truly showed up. People bought cookies by the dozen, volunteered their time decorating smiles, and helped spread excitement all week long. These funds help us continue supporting programs, equipment and services that give children and youth in our region opportunities to thrive.”

Tim Horton’s Smile Cookies raised $23.3 million for charities nationwide this year, a record total.

“Being part of the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign in Thunder Bay is truly special,” says Michael Quibell, Executive Director of The Dew Drop Inn Thunder Bay. “Support from the community through campaigns like this helps us continue serving nutritious meals every day in a welcoming, judgment free environment. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s campaign such a success.”
