Are you feeling mentally drained?  A new survey might suggest the cure is just one trip away!  Over 2,000 adults were polled, and turns out 70% feel better mentally after travelling. 

Studies show there’s a clear connection between mental well-being and a love for travel.  

Most adults travel because they want to relax. But, also use it as a RESET button for where they are currently in their lives.  Putting in lots of hours at work;  taking a break from the kids, the in-laws, and even friends.  The goal – simply looking for a fresh perspective.  

There you go! Need a break? Do the obvious: take a vacation.  2 days; 3 days; or even 7 days!
