Thunder Bay Police found cocaine and fentanyl after searching an assisted living facility on the north-side.
The estimated value of the drugs is $8,600, officers also finding $5,000 in cash.
Police were able to obtain the search warrant after an investigation into drug trafficking at the Cumberland Street location.
The two men were arrested at the home without any resistance, and both were taken to Police Headquarters.
Arber GJOCI, 22, of Toronto, is charged with:
• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
Nikosokulu NDHLOVU, 18, of Toronto, is charged with:
• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
• Failure to Comply with Release Order x 2
Both appeared in bail court on Thursday, Nov. 18 and were remanded into custody with future appearance dates.
