A woman was arrested for impaired driving after driving a vehicle into Lake Banook in Dartmouth on Saturday morning.

According to police, all three people in the vehicle escaped after it plunged into the water.

Tow trucks removed the car from the vehicle shortly after noon.

The woman facing impaired driving charges was identified as 22 years old.
