A Thunder Bay man has been arrested after a pair of break and enter investigations.
The first incident occurred in June on Court Street South, after police received reports of a man breaking into a business and leaving with a cash register.
Officers after an investigation were able to identify a suspect and put out a warrant for their arrest.
The second robbery happened early in August on Algoma Street South, after police heard about another business being the target of a break and enter and theft.
Further investigation led to police identifying the accused, eventually arresting the man Thursday, Sept. 9.
Adrien James FOSTY, 40, of Thunder Bay is charged with:
• Breaking, Entering and Committing x 2
• Breach of Probation x 2
The accused appeared in bail court Friday, and is expected to be released with condition and a future court date.
